History
1998 to current day – Business owner and consultant

1995 to 1997 – Head of marketing communications for Guilbert SA.
At the time of employment Guilbert SA was a division of retailer Pinault-Printemps-Redoute, based in France. Debi managed the UK communications strategy leading to European promotion in 1998.

1985 to 1995 – a marketing career that began in B2B marketing, drifted to pharmaceutical PR, flung into video production, stepped across to agency life, headhunted back into a newly formed marketing department for small non profitable company as part of exit strategy. Which then became very fast progression (through acquisition) to a senior marketing communications position reporting into European Marketing Director for Guilbert SA, a supplies retailer that had profitable revenues of $1.5 billion before Office Depot purchased it in 2003.

Creative passion and commercial integrity intensified by leadership qualities has generated an award winning combination.
